Survey Air conducted an aerial survey of Leazes Terrace, a prominent Grade I listed building situated next to St James’ Park stadium in Newcastle. The client required a rapid and detailed assessment of the property condition.

Challenge

Approach
We utilised the latest drone technology to capture detailed aerial images of the roof, focusing on high-level elements in a logical survey order. This included pitched roofs, flat roofs, rooflights, rainwater goods, chimneys and penetrations.
The aerial survey was completed in a single day, minimising any potential impact on the surrounding area. Post-survey, our team quickly processed the data, delivering a set of high-resolution images of the property condition.
